The baby yoga instructor training course is designed to provide practitioners with the knowledge and teaching ability to safely and effectively deliver baby yoga sessions and courses to parents and babies within a variety of individual and group settings. This will also include being able to deliver online sessions to parents and babies.
What age is infant massage suitable for?
Baby yoga can be used from 6-8 weeks to pre walking. We find that most parents attend classes with their babies from around 10 weeks up until the babies are walking away (around 11-12 months). Although the techniques can be used with older babies and toddlers the above is usually typical of a baby yoga class or session.

Our students love our
approach to learning
I recently completed the one day Baby Yoga teacher training course and found the course materials and videos provided by Julie were excellent. I have put into practice over the last 3 Months the excellent face to face teaching with Kimberley. In addition to the one day training the extra 100 hours of self study required helps to make the qualification rigorous and worthwhile and I would thoroughly recommend the course.

Baby Yoga Student
Really enjoyed the massage and yoga training that I attended. It was fun and very comprehensive. I felt at ease throughout and left at the end feeling like this is something I can do. There is heaps of support and feedback and small class sizes mean lots of time to practice and get individual feedback. I would happily recommend the classes.

How long will it take me to complete the course?
The average time for completion is 3-4 months however some people are quicker and some people take up to 1 year.
Do I need to complete case studies with real parents and babies?
Yes on all of our courses you will need to complete a group case studies with at least 4 parents and babies and a one to one case study with one parent and baby. We advise on the course how best to get these volunteers together.
What will I receive at the end of the course?
You'll get a certificate in teaching baby yoga. Please note this is a baby yoga course based on traditional baby yoga movements, songs and sensory play and does not qualify you as an adult yoga or child yoga teacher.
