Our training
If you’re responsible for the care and well-being of young children then learning paediatric first aid should be at the forefront of your thinking as from emergency situations to adding to your professional CV, there's never a better time than right now to undertake a first aid course.
The two paediatric first aid courses below are run in Sussex and the South East and are tailored to meet the new Early Years foundation stage (EYFS) and registration on the OFSTED statutory and voluntary register.
Both courses are aimed at childcarers, including: nursery staff, childminders, at home childcarers, au pairs, nannies and anyone wishing to voluntarily join the OFSTED register. Our paediatric first aid courses fall in line with the Early Years foundation stage (EYFS) which states that a combination of face to face learning and home study can be applied when learning first aid as a childcare worker.
We are also a Qualifications Network (QNUK) centre and can therefore offer an optional Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) certification (additional charge applied).
We have open course dates for paediatric first aid in Brighton and Hove and Angmering near Worthing.
We offer In House courses at your venue or home for paediatric first aid across, Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Hampshire and London.

See what our clients have to say!
My staff attended a training course held by To Baby and Beyond, many of which had done the course a minimum of three times before.
They said they had never been to a first aid course as good as this one! It was so in depth and informative, yet the instructor kept it practical, fun and exciting for staff. The team came into work Monday still discussing some of the topics they had covered and could not stress enough how valuable the course had been. This in turn put the whole management team at ease knowing the staff felt so confident in their paediatric first aid.
Alice, Manager Little Monkeys, Horsham
The trainer, a paramedic, was friendly and communicated very well with the students. She was a real expert and taught in such a comfortable and easy to understand manner about the procedures required for first aid. Sarah was up to date in matters of legality and of best practice. She put the group at ease and provided a good range of refreshments which I felt was particularly thoughtful. I was very happy with the course and left feeling confident about my practice in this vital area of my work. Thank you To Baby and Beyond!
