- Place your hands, palms down on your tummy.
- Make sure your fingertips are touching.
- Take a big breath in (perhaps counting up to 15 or 20) and imagine you are breathing in from a big balloon.
- Give the balloon a colour.
- As you breathe out imagine the balloon floating away.
- Repeat.
